紐約大學在2022-2023申請季一改過去沿用了多年的文書題目“Why NYU”（400字上限），采用了全新的文書題目。“Why NYU”是紐大使用了將近10年的本科申請文書題目。

題目要求學生做充分的學校調研，充分結合自身的經歷，關注于對學校多樣性的貢獻。
